[ADA PARELLADA] FIBRE-RICH SPAGHETTI BROCHETTE WITH MARINATED TUNA
INGREDIENTS
200 g GALLO fibre
rich spaghetti 200 g red tuna oil for frying 250 ml olive oil 100 ml soy sauce
METHOD
Boil the pasta, strain and allow to cool, add a dash of olive oil. Marinate the tuna, leaving it for an hour in a deep dish with a mixture of olive oil and soy sauce. To serve, wrap the cubes of tuna in the fibre-rich spaghetti and garnish with some fried spaghetti (fried from raw).
