[ADA PARELLADA] FOUR CHEESES RAVIOLI WITH FRESH MANGO AND PESTO
INGREDIENTS
1 packet of GALLO fresh Four Cheeses Ravioli 1 fresh mango For the pesto: Gallo Fresh Pesto Sauce or 1 bunch of fresh basil 100 g grated Parmesan cheese 50 g pine nuts two cloves garlic olive oil salt
METHOD
Boil the pasta and allow to cool, add a dash of olive oil. If you are making your own pesto sauce, all you have to do is blend all the ingredients in an electric mixer. Peel and cut the mango into thin slices. Place the mango slices one on top of the other in the centre of the serving dish, and arrange the ravioli all around. Dress with a little pesto. If you would like to serve this as a canapé, place a little mango on a spoon on top of a ravioli so that everything can be eaten in one mouthful.
