[ADA PARELLADA] WILD MUSHROOM TORTELLINI WITH WHITE SAUSAGE AND CHEESE
INGREDIENTS
1 packet of GALLO WILD MUSHROOM tortellini 1 'butifarra del perol' sausage (you can substitute it for any cooked white butifarra sausage) 200 g Tou dels tilers cheese (you can substitute it for Camembert
Brie or any other creamy cheese) salt
METHOD
Cut the sausage and the cheese into thin slices (it is best that the cheese is well chilled in order to cut it). Boil the pasta until it is cooked al dente, drain and leave to cool. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the slices of sausage in dish, on top place the tortellini and lastly the cheese. Put the dish in the oven and leave for about ten minutes until the cheese melts. Serve hot.
