BOWS WITH SAGE CHEESE
INGREDIENTS
400 g egg pasta bows
350 g goat's cheese
4 sage leaves
125 ml single cream
125 ml chicken stock
chopped walnuts
white pepper and salt.
METHOD
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Meanwhile, put the stock on to boil. Add the cheese, the cream, the sage and white pepper to taste. Mix and when everything is blended, add the drained pasta. Re-heat, garnish with chopped walnuts and serve.
