EGG LINGUINE WITH SPINACH AND PRAWNS
INGREDIENTS
400 g linguine
400 g spinach
200 g shrimps
2 cloves garlic
chilli
olive oil and salt.
METHOD
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain it and set aside. Cook the spinach in salted water for 8 minutes. Sauté the sliced garlic, chilli and the shrimps in a little oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped spinach, sauté well and then add the pasta. Stir various times and serve.
