SPAGHETTI WITH PRUNES
INGREDIENTS
400 g spaghetti
100 g prunes
50 g dried apricots
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
oregano
olive oil and salt.
METHOD
Leave the prunes and dried apricots to soak for 2 or 3 hours or boil them in water for 5 minutes. Drain them, cut into pieces and brown them or sauté in a frying pan with olive oil. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Once it is drained, place it in a serving bowl and add the sautéed prunes and apricots. Finally add the tomato sauce and two pinches of oregano. Stir everything carefully.
