SPAGHETTI WITH PRAWNS
INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg Gallo Spaghetti
150 g prawns
200 g mussels
200 g tuna
1/2 kg tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
virgin olive oil
salt
METHOD
Place a pan on to heat with salted water. When it starts to boil, add the spaghetti. Once cooked, remove them and put them on one side. Meanwhile, cook the mussels with the lemon juice. Place a frying pan on the heat with some oil. Add the chopped garlic, the prawns, the meat from the boiled mussels and sauté everything together. Allow to cool. Once cold, place the spaghetti and the seafood mixture in a salad bowl, add the tuna and the chopped tomato and mix everything together gently.
