SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC AND OIL
INGREDIENTS
400 g Tricolour Spaghetti
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
hot chilli
olive oil and salt.
METHOD
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Meanwhile, brown the very finely chopped cloves of garlic in a frying pan over a low heat with 4 tablespoons of oil. Once browned, add the drained pasta, the chilli and the chopped parsley. Sauté well, adjust the salt and serve.
