NOODLE SOUP
INGREDIENTS
80 g noodles 0
1 spring onion
a piece of chorizo sausage
1 litre meat stock
2 hard
boiled eggs
olive oil and salt.
METHOD
Very finely chop the spring onion and the chorizo and place them in a pan over a low heat with a little oil. Sauté them for a minute stirring frequently. Add the stock and increase the heat to maximum. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the pasta and cook for about 3 minutes. Adjust the seasoning and remove from the heat. Add the very finely chopped hard-boiled eggs and serve.
