SPINACH FETTUCCINE AND TUNA SALAD
INGREDIENTS
400 g spinach fettuccine
200 g tuna in olive oil
1 tomato
1 spring onion
basil
vinegar
olive oil and salt.
METHOD
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain it and allow to cool. To make the vinaigrette, peel and de-seed and chop the tomato. In a bowl, mix the tomato with the chopped basil, oil, vinegar and salt. Prepare the dish with the pasta on the bottom and with the chopped tuna and thinly sliced spring onion on top. Dress with the vinaigrette and serve. You can also serve this dish with hot pasta. In this case, do not let the pasta cool down.
