SPAGHETTI WITH EGG
INGREDIENTS
400 g tricolour Spaghettis
3 eggs
grated cheese
black pepper (optional)
olive oil and salt.
METHOD
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain it and place on one side. Put a little oil in a pan and sauté the pasta. Add the eggs and season. Stir until the eggs start to set. Put everything in a serving dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
