SPIRALS WITH MONKFISH
INGREDIENTS
250 g egg fusilli
500 g monkfish
1/2 red onion
1 spring onion
nutmeg
pepper
olive oil and salt.
METHOD
While cooking the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, sauté the chopped onions in a pan with some oil. Half-way through the cooking, add the diced monkfish. Season with nutmeg and pepper and leave to cook for a few more minutes. Next, add the drained pasta and mix well. Serve piping hot.
