GRANDMOTHER'S MACARONIS
INGREDIENTS
400 g Egg Penne rigate
100 g country ham
100 g chorizo sausage for frying
1 hard
boiled egg or grated cheese
tomato sauce
olive oil and salt.
METHOD
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Drain it and put it to one side. Sauté the chorizo and the ham cut into small chunks in a little oil in a frying pan Add the pasta and the tomato sauce, heat through well and adjust the salt. To serve, place in a dish with grated hard-boiled egg or grated cheese over the top.
