SPAGHETTI CARBONARA
INGREDIENTS
400 g vegetable Spaghetti
125 g bacon
3 eggs
100 g grated cheese
100 ml single cream
2 cloves garlic
chopped parsley
pepper
olive oil and salt
METHOD
While cooking the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, beat the eggs with the cheese, add the single cream and some pepper. Chop the bacon and the garlic and sauté them in a little oil. Next, add the drained pasta. Lastly, add the egg and cheese mixture, stirring over a low heat for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
