HAKE FILLETS WITH SICILIAN SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
1 jar Gallo Sicilian Sauce
150 Gallo Flour
500 g hake fillets
500 g mushrooms
virgin olive oil
METHOD
Slice the mushrooms and fry them in a pan until they are browned. Next smother the hake fillets in flour and place a pan with plenty of oil on to heat. When the oil is smoking, add the hake fillets. Turn various times and remove from the pan when they are golden-brown. Serve the hake fillets on a large dish and accompany with the pre-heated Sicilian sauce and the mushroom slices. Serve hot.
