GALLO V AND FRIENDS WITH PEAS AND HAM
INGREDIENTS
150 g Gallo V and Friends
150 g peas
1 spring onion
100 g cured ham
1 carrot
grated cheese
4 pieces of toast
1.5 l stock
olive oil and salt.
METHOD
Lightly fry the spring onion in a frying pan with oil. Add the chopped ham, the chopped carrot, the peas and sauté them. Add the stock and leave to cook for 10 minutes. Next, add the pasta and cook it for a further 10 minutes. Serve the soup with the pieces of toast covered in cheese on top and gratinéed.
